1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small browser values sent with requests. Local storage keeps values on a browser for a particular origin. This corporate website currently uses first-party local storage to remember privacy preferences. Its public application code does not set an authentication or marketing cookie. Infrastructure or browser extensions may add behaviour outside this application’s code; deployment verification must check this inventory.

2. Current inventory

Essential: qwibik-public-consent, first-party local storage provided by Qwibik Technologies Limited on qwibik.com. It stores the preference version, analytics choice, marketing off, saved time and expiry time. Duration: 180 days from a saved choice; expired values are treated as invalid. It contains no enquiry fields. Browser settings can remove it earlier.

Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel, enabled on the Cloud information page only when configured in the hosting environment and after your explicit analytics choice. Vercel describes this service as cookie-free; it still processes visit information and is treated as optional here. It measures page views and selected links; queries and fragments are removed from reported URLs. No application-managed analytics cookie or local-storage identifier is added by our integration. Provider-side data retention requires confirmation for final approval.

Ecosystem appearance preference: qwibik_appearance is a Qwibik cookie that other product surfaces may set on .qwibik.com to remember a chosen theme (system, light or dark). Its configured duration is one year. It may therefore be sent to this corporate domain after you use those surfaces. This corporate site does not set or consume it, and it is not a corporate analytics identifier. The separate product-origin local-storage preference is not shared with this website.

Marketing: no advertising pixels, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta tools or marketing provider are configured. The Marketing category is shown as off and unavailable. Accept all enables only optional technologies actually configured.

Other: no Speed Insights, remote media embeds or third-party chat widget are included. Fonts and product images are served as local assets. Product links navigate to separate services rather than embedding their tracking on this page.

3. Managing preferences

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept, reject or customise available optional analytics. Essential browsing and contact links remain available without optional consent. Withdrawing analytics reloads the page so previously loaded provider scripts and listeners are removed. Preferences are separate from those on cloud.qwibik.com and accounts.qwibik.com.

When optional analytics is configured, a first-visit banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Customise preferences. If analytics is not configured, no analytics banner is needed, but the footer control remains available. Invalid, expired or incompatible preferences do not enable tracking. If storage is blocked, the controls report the failure and optional tracking stays off.

With JavaScript disabled, optional analytics does not load. You can clear the preference using browser site-data controls. Declining optional tracking does not affect the direct email enquiry pathway.

4. Changes and contact
